Irene Rose Botz, 94, went to Heaven Thursday, August 29, 2019. She was born in South Bend, Indiana. She was a daughter to the late John and Sarah (Cross) Keirns.
She was a wonderful homemaker for her family and devoted christian. She not only was an active member of the Baptist church her whole life but was also active volunteer. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
Irene is survived by daughter, Sharon (RJ) Dominic of Ocean View, Delaware; son, Kermit (Linda) Botz of Noblesville, Indiana; grandchildren, Brian (Laura) Dominic, Keith (Kelly) Dominic; great grandchildren, Ella, Blake, Mason, Connor all of Maryland; and a sister, Jean Bailey of Auburn, Indiana.
Irene is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Eugene George Botz, in 1996; daughter, Regina Sue Sarrazine; siblings, Pauline Gray, Margaret Hight, Betty Koithan, Velma Amburgey.
She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.
