Maurice L. "Brick" Beauchot, 89, died Thursday at Riverbend Health Care Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Allen County, he retired in 1970 from East Allen County Schools after 8 years. He was also a former Monroe Township Trustee and had been a member of the Monroeville Volunteer Fire Department. His wife, Hazel E., died in 1986. Surviving are a son, Maury F. of Fort Wayne; two granchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services at 10 a.m. Saturday at Marquart & Jacobs Funeral Home, Monroeville. Calling from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Burial in Monroeville Memorial Cemetery. Memorials to Monroeville EMS or St. Rose Catholic Church for Masses.
