Charles Ballard Bailey, 68, of 74 Sandwich Street West, died [March 8, 1946] at his residence after a long illness.
Born in Windsor, Vermont, Mr. Bailey came here 22 years ago from Cheyenne, Wyoming. He was an orderly at Metropolitan General Hospital. He was in the real estate business in Cheyenne, and a past master of the Masonic Lodge, Cheyenne.
Surviving are his widow, Margaret [Sandison]; two daughters, Mrs. [Margaret] Oscar Tomarkin, Madison, Wis, and Mrs. [Barbara] Donald Stevens, Baltimore, Md.; one son, Charles S. Bailey, Las Vegas, Nev.; six grandchildren; one brother, Eugene, Shawnee, Okla.; and two sisters, Mrs. [Bessie] Roy Whitcomb, Tacoma, Wash., and Miss Theodora Bailey, Boston, Mass.
