Daughter of James W. & Cynthia Ann Persinger Lilly. Married 1st on Nov 10 1886 (Summers Co.) to Morgan Matheny and they had daughter Blanche Myrtle Matheny Mason Tomlin (1895-1986) and son James H. Matheny (1889-1918). Morgan Matheny was alive in 1900 census (Fayette Co.) and died before Sept 1 1902 when as a widow she married 2nd (Fayette Co.) to Edgar Hendrickson. In 1906 they adopted 2 year old Mabel Ward. Edgar died 1915 and is buried at Wildwood. Elizabeth married 3rd on Oct 1 1921 (Raleigh Co.) to Oliver C. Young (nfi).
