DEATH ROLL
HARRY BATTEIGER
Harry Batteiger, 82, a retired coal miner of West Salem Township, Greenville R.D.2, was found dead in his home Wednesday evening by E.A. Payne Jr.
Mercer County Deputy Coroner Dr. W.H. Phillips said death was due to natural causes and surmised that Mr. Batteiger had died of a heart attack sometime Monday.
Born in Greene Township, he was a son of Jacob and Helen Bortz Batteiger. He was a member of the Jehovah's Witness.
Surviving is a niece, Mrs. Mary E. Miller, Greenville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Loutzenhiser funeral home in charge of A. Artherholt. Interment will be made in the Shenango Valley cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home from 7 to 9 o'clock this evening.
