Age 94, passed away on her favorite day - Christmas day, 2013. She was a retired registered nurse. She met her husband, Horace, while working at Firestone Aircraft during World War II. She worked for private practice internists for a number of years, and spent 21 years with Rich's as an occupational nurse. She was a long time member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Tucker, GA. Surviving her are her son & daughter in law.
Memorial services will be held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 4882 Lavista Rd, Tucker, GA 30084 at a later date in January 2014. Remains will be at Westview Cemetery, Section F Lot 10 in Atlanta. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Andrews in memory of Carrie D. Adams.
