Florence was the daughter of Abner Curtis and Lelah May Daugherty. Florence first married Clarence Allen Ramsey on 18 March 1939. She then married Valeriano Ramos on 25 November 1958. Florence's third husband was Richard E. Delrow. They married on 11 September 1979.
"Florence May Delrow. 81. of Willits. died Monday. April 9, 2001. Private services will be held. Mrs. Delrow was born Dec. 18, 1919. in Hawthorne. She was a homemaker and a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 21 year Richard E. Delrow of Willits: sons Danny and Ralph Ramsey, Val Ramos Jr., daughter Ronda Ramos, grandchildren Mike, Carl and Brendon Ramsey, Jarod Ramos, Heather Ramsey; and four great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Delrow was preceded in death by her son Carl Ramsey, daughter Sharon Ramsey, and grandson Byron Ramsey.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Milo Foundation. Anker-Lucier Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements."
