Amerida Adams, 80, of Morris Fork, KY passed away Thursday, February 10, 2005 of a long illness. He was the son of the late Zeke and Amanda Morris Adams, the widowed husband of Alice Abner Adams, he was a retired logger.
Survivors include two daughters Amanda Marie Johnson and Eva Elizabeth Richardson both of Freeman’s Fork, KY; four sons Larry Wayne Adams and Calloway Adams both of Morris Fork, KY; Hubert Adams of Jackson, KY; Jesse Adams of Buckhorn, KY; one sister Elva Baker of Booneville, KY; one brother Green Adams of Buckhorn; 22 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, February 13, 2005 at the Morris Fork Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Joe Powlas and the Rev. Michael Riley officiating. Burial followed in the Abner Cemetery, Otter Creek, Buckhorn, KY. Deaton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
