Gordon was raised on a farm north of Isle and lived there until he was 19. He then lived in North East Minneapolis. He came back to live on his land out of Isle, eventually going into the senior apartments in Isle, and for the last three years he resided at the Scandia House Assisted Living in Isle, Minnesota.
Gordon was married to Judith Crace and Mary Jensen. He worked for Electolux as a salesman and manager. Gordon enjoyed the outdoors, he loved fishing, hunting and working on cars.
Gordon is preceded in death by his mom, Adeline Gallion and dad, Herbert Gallion, daughter, Tammarie Larson and niece, Susie Swanson.
Gordon is survived by his sister, Sharon Templin, brother, Glen Gallion, sister-in-law, Maxine, grandson, Michael (Lindsey) Larson, grandson, Alexander (Julia) Larson, great-grandson James Larson, niece Rhonda (Dave) Halpin, great-niece Ashlee Halpin, nephews Derek (Donna) Gallion, and Darren (Tina) Gallion, and great-nephews Cole Gallion and Quinn Gallion.
