Miss Betty Lou Adkins, 17, daughter of Mr and Mrs Liss Adkins, of Bernie, Lincoln County, died yesterday at her home after a short illness. Surviving, in additon to her parents are four sisters, Elizabeth, Linda, Dotty, and Barbara, all at home; two brothers, Jackie and Jimmy, both at home; and the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Rachel Richmond of Palermo. Services will be conducted by the Revs. Roy Withrow, E.E. Hall and Ebb Cummings at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Palermo Methodist Church. Burial will be in Martha Cemetery at Sias. The body will remain at Koontz Funeral Home in Hamlin until time for the service.
