Linda L. Seals was born on October 22, 1937 to the late Columbus Carlton & the late Cleo Neal Carlton in Fallsville, Arkansas. She died on June 28, 2007 in Coal Hill, Arkansas at the age of 69. She was a devoted wife, mother, & friend; she was a 1981 graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a BS in Nursing.

Linda is survived by two daughters, Sheri Davis of Pottsville, Arkansas & Tonya Seals of Russellville, Arkansas; one son Bob Seals of Coal Hill, Arkansas; four brothers, Lawrence Carlton of Salus, Arkansas, Lowell Carlton of Ozone, Arkansas, Frank Carlton of Ozone, Arkansas, & Bennie Carlton of Clarksville, Arkansas; two sisters, Alma Batchellor of Redding, California & Barbra Thomas of Lenoir City, Tennessee; & two granddaughters, Megan Seals & Olivia Ford both of Russellville, Arkansas.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of fifty years, Ulysses Seals; & two sisters, Alta Mosley & Jane Pickett.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-7 P.M., Sunday, July 1, 2007. Graveside Service will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, July 2, 2007 at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Altus, Arkansas with Father Bill Thomas officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home of Clarksville (479) 754-2201.
