Cynthia Ann Segars, age 55, of Commerce died Sunday, August 11, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospice House. Mrs. Segars was born in Toccoa to the late, Doyle and Betty Nimmons Adams. Mrs. Segars was a member of Webbs Creek Baptist Church and was a primary school teacher and reading specialist for Banks County Primary School.
