Dobbins a self-employed carpenter has restored several historical homes and had owned and operated the House of Bottles in Virginia City.
Survivors include his widow, Bessie and Helena Davis, both of Virginia City; a daughter, Alice Conrad of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
