Mrs. Louise Conn Dies Six Weeks After Fall
After an illness of six weeks, following a fall in the basement of her home, Mrs. Louise Conn, 52, died Thursday evening at the home of her sister, Mrs. Harry Pritchard, 1104 Washington Street, where she was taken after the fall.
The daughter of the late George W. and Sarah E. Ellis, she was born May 6, 1880 in Logansport. Her marriage to LeRoy Conn took place in the fall of 1913. Besides her husband, she leaves the following sisters and brother, Mrs. Harry Pritchard, Mrs. Frank Howe and Mrs. John Smith, of Lafayette; Mrs. Josephine Peterson, of Bloomfield, and William Ellis, of Dayton, Ohio. A son by a former marriage preceded her in death 30 years ago.
The body was removed to the Vianco Funeral Home and Friday afternoon was taken to the Conn residence, 1102 Holloway Street, where friends may call. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the residence, with Rev. H. Earl Moore, of St. Paul's M.E. Church officiating. Interment in Springvale Cemetery.
