Goins, Jr. both Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Al Pratt of Miami, Florida; Willie Goins, and Fredrick Washington both of Pine Bluff, AR; Perry White of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Rickey Goins of Fort Myers, Florida; daughters, Avis Goins of Stockbridge, Georgia; Lisa Peete; and Alfaline Peete both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Monica Merone of Miami, Florida; Gale Davis, and Jacqueline Rivera both of Fort Myers, Florida; Laverne White of Valdosta, Georgia; Krystal Goins of Little Rock, AR; O'Nequa Scott, and Donna Bradley both of Pine Bluff, AR; Sheila Pargon, Breida Powell, and Juanita Scott all of Miami, Florida; brothers, Joe Goins, Charles Goins, Hubert Goins, and Aaron Goins all of Pine Bluff, AR; and Y.Z. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 3, 2019, at Smith Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Pine Bluff, AR by Pastor C.L. Williams. Burial in VA Section of Graceland Lawn Cemetery Pine Bluff by Brown Funeral Home. Visitation Friday, August 2, 2019, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Smith Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. His body will lie in state Saturday morning 9:45 a.m. until the start of service.
