Carl Goff, 83, of Port St. John passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 in Tampa, Florida. He was born in Lenox, Georgia on December 23, 1935 and moved to Florida at a young age. He was a graduate of Apopka High School and went on to serve his country in the US Air Force. He lived in Brevard County most of his adult life where he met and fell in love with his wife Susie in 1976. He worked as a meat cutter and meat department manager for Publix in Cocoa and manager for Hayes Meats in Merritt Island and for a short time he owned and operated The Village Beef Shoppe in Merritt Island. He was a member of the Merritt Island Masonic Lodge #353 and the Azan Shriners and was also a Shrine clown.

Carl is preceded in death by his wife Susie, parents Edwin P. Goff and Lois Stewart, and brothers Edwin, James, and Glenn. He is survived by his children Carl Dennis Goff (Laurie), Charles Goff (Judy), Lois Sedlock (Dennis), Richard Goff (Stacey), and Michelle Smith, grandchildren Larissa Doty, Andrea Goff, Charles Goff Jr., Stacey Ball, Justin Sedlock, and Joshua Sedlock, 7 great-grandchildren, his sisters, Mary Francis Morris (Aubrey) and Carolyn Perkins as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 from 10 AM to 11 AM with funeral service immediately following at 11 AM at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 S. US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida.
