Eula Jean Rudder Faulkner Layne of Crawfordsville, Indiana died Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at Kindred Hospital in Indianapolis. She was 83.
Born March 16, 1924 to Tullie H. Rudder and Pearl E. Pickard Rudder as one of nine children.
She was a loving Mother, Wife and homemaker.
Jean was a long time member of the Pittsboro Order of the Eastern Star, the New Market Christian Church and Indiana Women's Bowling Association.
Mrs. Faulkner Layne was preceded in death by Husbands, William D. Faulkner and Leland E. Layne, as well as five Sisters, Gerri Parrish, Roberta Swift, Marjorie Jackson, Ruby Paladino Anna Kelly, and one Brother, Charles Rudder.
Survivors include a son, William D. Faulkner and a Daughter, Marcia J. Faulkner Mott, a Stepson Garry Layne and two Step-Daughters Patricia Spencer and Carolyn Laster, and two Brothers Norman Rudder and Don Rudder, and five Grandchildren.
Service was Saturday, June 30th, at the David A. Hall Mortuary, Pittsboro, IN.
Interment: K of P Cemetery, Lizton, IN.
