Mrs. Della E. Helsley, 78, of Valley Station, Ky., formerly of Pekin, died Sunday at St. Mary Elizabeth Hospital at Louisville, Ky.

She was born Feb. 15, 1896, at Lewistown, a daughter of Joseph and Catherine Hagans Genseal. She was married to Fred Helsley Sept. 13, 1913, at Keokuck, Iowa. He died Sept. 18, 1966.

Surviving are a son, Jack, Valley Station, Ky.; two brothers, Harry Genseal, Pekin; and John Genseal, Beardstown. A daughter, four brothers and five sisters preceded her in death.

Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
