Here lies the body of Andrew Lewis, son of Col. Charles Lewis, who was killed at the head of his regiment in the Battle of Point Pleasant. He departed this life 25th of May 1833 in the 61st year of his life. Peace to his ashes. He was amiable in his life, and lamented in his death. Revolutionary Soldier.
