Carencro, Louisiana
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, (February 16, 1971) in St. Peter's Catholic Church for Eddie Broussard, 70 who died at 11:45 a.m. yesterday (February 14, 1971) at his home here. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his widow, the former Ida Bernard of Carencro, one son, Rodney Broussard of Carencro; two daughters, Mrs. Fabian (Grace) Breaux and Mrs. K. B. (Lurline) Burleigh, both of Carencro; one brother, Opta Broussard of Lafayette; one sister, Mrs. Hiram Arceneaux of Carencro; and eight grand-children.
He was a member of the Bonne Mort Society of St. Peter's Church.
A rosary will be recited at 7 tonight (February 15, 1971).
Melancon Funeral Home of Carencro was in charge of arrangements.
