WALLACE, LT. JOHN L. USN LT John L. Wallace, USN, Ret. born March 18, 1915 in El Dorado, Arkansas died April 30, 2006 at the age of 91. After being orphaned at a very early age he joined the Navy and spent nearly 24 years in the service. Following his retirement, he spent the majority of his time buying, selling, and managing his apartments. He married the late Beulah Zaworski in 1936 and they enjoyed 62 years of marriage. John is survived by a son, Alan Wallace and four daughters Linda Medero, Judith Larson, Karen Ross, and Margo Monroe. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. Private entombment at Cypress View Mausoleum, Imperial Ave. Arrangements by Greenwood Mortuary, San Diego
