In Santa Cruz, California, May 2, 1968. Fred Forbes. Survived by two nephews, George Forbes and Charles Forbes both of Los Angeles and a niece of Mrs. Alberta Simian of Beverley Hills. Native of Minnesota, aged 86 years. Member of First Baptist Church of Santa Cruz. Services will be conducted at White's Chapel, 138 Walnut Ave., Monday, May 6, 1968 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Erik Madsen of the First Baptist Church officiating. Friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment In Oakwood Memorial Park.
