RUPERT - Eva Clark, 77, Rupert, died Thursday morning at Minidoka Memorial Hospital.
Born October 1, 1900 in Teton City, she attended schools at Teton and married George S. Clark at St. Anthony on February 10, 1916.
Mr. and Mrs. Clark lived there and at Ririe prior to moving to Jerome in 1919. They moved to Gooding in 1935 and returned to Jerome in 1944. Mr. Clark died in November of 1950. In September of 1977 Mrs. Clark moved to Rupert.
She was a member of the LDS Church and the Jerome Lodge of the Women of the Moose.
Survivors are two sons, Elsworth Clark, Jerome, and Verl Clark, Rupert; one daughter, Mrs. Don (Myrtle) Henson, Jerome; one half-brother, Earl Willis, McGill, Nevada; three half-sisters, Mrs. Pat (Sadie) Stradley, Twin Falls; Sylvia Lancaster and Millie Harrell, both Burley; eight grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by two children and three grandchildren.
The funeral for Mrs. Clark will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Third Ward LDS Chapel in Jerome. Burial will follow in the Hagerman Cemetery.
