HAMPSTEAD, N.C. — Russell Howard Gill, 65, of Hampstead, N.C., passed away June 23, 2019 at home.
Born Dec. 25 ,1953 in East Liverpool, he was the son of Lucille Creel and Howard Gill. A graduate of East Liverpool High School, he was a mechanic by trade.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Donna Gill and a brother, Larry Gill.
Survivors include his wife Patricia R. Gill, one daughter and four step-children.
