Betty Allen, 41, Green Acres Mobile Home Court, died at 11:45 p.m. Saturday at her home following a brief illness.

A native of Elwood, she was born March 24, 1940, the daughter of Lewis and Frances Dietz Beeman.

Survivors include Roscoe Glick; five children, Charles Beeman, Robert Morris, both of Elwood, Debra McClish of Summitville, Roscoe Allen Jr. and Elizabeth Marie Glick, both at home; 12 brothers and sisters, Mrs. Delores Shannon, Jack Beeman, Mrs. Joann Singer, Mrs. Georgia Singer, Robert Beeman, Lewis Beeman, Jr., Gail Beeman and Rick Beeman, all of Elwood, Mrs. Beverly Weaver of McCordsville, Herbert Beeman of Mishawaka, Richard Beeman of Elkhart and William Beeman of Fort Wayne; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Jackley-Landrum Funeral Home from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Funeral rites will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Rev. James Meek officiating. Burial will follow in Elwood City Cemetery.
