Mrs. Julia Belle Rumsower, 80, of 2438 McCoy, died Saturday at the General hospital. She lived here 38 years. Mrs. Rumsower was a retired seamstress and a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, James C. Waldon, 9914 Tracy, and Louis K. Rumsower, 8804 Old Santa Fe Road; a daughter, Mrs. Julia K. Nibarger, Odessa, Missouri; two brothers, Earl Walden, Santa Ana, California, and Will Walden, Tucson, Arizona; a sister, Mrs. Alice Lockhart, South Dakota; 12 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
