Lansford - Requiem Mass for Ancel R. Davis, 55, 1319 6th Ave. SE, Minot, a native of Lansford, who was found dead Monday, will be Saturday at 10 in St. John's Catholic Church, Lansford.
Rev. Christ Wolter will officiate. A committal service will be held at Rosehill Memorial Park in Minot at 2 Saturday.
Mr. Davis was born at Lansford May 2, 1913, and was reared there. He farmed in the Lansford area until 1955, then moved to Martin where he farmed with his father. In 1966 he came to Minot and had been employed by the City of Minot since then.
Mr. Davis, who was single was a member of the Minot Elks Lodge, the Harvey Aerie of the Eagles and the Knights of Columbus.
Surviving are his mother, one sister, Mrs. Iver Johnston, Lansford, and one brother, Larry of Minot.
