John Edward "Ed" Aldridge, 77, of Bloomington, Illinois passed away Thursday morning, June 13, 2019 at his residence.
A celebration of life will be held at 12:30 PM, Sunday, July 14 at the Moose Lodge, Bloomington, Illinois. Cremation services were provided by Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington.
He was born September 20, 1941, in Normal, a son of Everette and Mary Troyer-Aldridge. He married Alyceanne Chambers, April 19, 2013, in Bloomington. She survives.
Other survivors include his daughter, Shawna (David) Stanley and two grandchildren, Tycee Stanley and Sabree Stanley. Also surviving is one sister, Mildred Morris.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and one sister.
Memorials can be made in his honor to the Moose Lodge, 614 IAA Drive, Bloomington, Illinois, 61701.
Ed had retired from GROWMARK Inc in January 2003. He was an avid Mopar and Chrysler car enthusiast and collector. He also enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, playing poker and watching his granddaughters grow up.
