Mrs. Bennett was a native of Lincoln County and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors other than her husband include a daughter, Mrs. Carlton Nix, Kelso; two sisters, Mrs. Lorene Mann, Kelso, and Mrs. Grace Shockley, Harvey, Ill.; two brothers, Claudie and Bud Jean, both of Flintville, and five grandchildren.
