Frances M. England Coffelt, 87, New Port Richey, Fla., formerly of Kansas City, died July 23, 1991, at the home. She was born at St. Paul, Minn., and lived in Kansas City before moving to Florida in 1990. Mrs. Coffelt worked for a bookbinding company before she retired. She was a member of the Bookbinders union. She was a Methodist. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Kansas City. Survivors include her husband, E. Albert Coffelt of the home; a son, Don England, New Port Richey; a sister, Mabel Collins, Kansas City, Kan.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Newcomer's Floral Hills Chapel; burial in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at the chapel.
