  Lynda Rae Peterson, 22, loving daughter, sister and friend, died August 17, 1985, in a small plane crash near Cedar City.
  Born April 6, 1963, Salt Lake City, Utah to Raymond Reid and Judith Christensen Peterson. Graduated from East High School, Class of 1981. Student at University of Utah, majoring in Health Sciences and Communications. Member Alpha Chi Omega Sorority. Monument Park 18th Ward, Monument Park Stake. Active in athletics, East High School, and Fort Douglas Swimming Teams. Served in church positions as Laurel Class President, Secretary to Bishop. Volunteer worker for the Special Olympics. She will be greatly missed by all those who came in contact with her.
  Survived by: Parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Raymond Reid Peterson, a sister, Mrs. (Scott) Lori P. Timothy, a brother, Mark R. Peterson, Salt Lake City; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H.W. Christensen and Mrs. and Mrs. Frank A. and Lucille Lovewell, Salt Lake City.
  Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, at the Monument Park Stake Center, 1320 South Wasatch Drive (2400 East) in Salt Lake City. Friends may call at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South, Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 p.m., and at the Stake Center Wednesday, one hour prior to service. Interment, Larkin Sunset Lawn. Friends wishing may make contributions to the Utah Heart Association, 650 East 400 South, SLC, UT 84102 or the charity of your choice.
