"WOMAN, 70, DROPS DEAD AT HOME OF DAUGHTER
Mrs. Rhoda V. Becraft Fatally Stricken While Hanging Out Clothes.
Mrs. Rhoda V. Becraft, 70 years old, widow of William Becraft, dropped dead yesterday afternoon while hanging clothes in the yard of her daughter's home on the Old Court road, near the Liberty road. She was pronounced dead by Dr. William E. Martin, of Pikesville.
Since December 7, when her home on the Old Court road was destroyed by fire, Mrs. Becraft had made her home with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene McGinnis. Mr. McGinnis said that his mother-in-law had been suffering from high blood pressure for more than a year.
Besides her daughter, Mrs. Becraft who before her marriage was Miss Rhoda V. Bennett, is survived by two brothers, twisters and three grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have not been made."
