At age 17, he enrolled in the Marine Corp. and served in the Vietnam War. He was a giving person, and his greatest joys in life were his grandchildren and hunting.
Steve is survived by his daughters: Raelynne McFadden of Sturgeon Bay, WI; and Augusta Baumler of Menominee, MI;
a son Chris Baumler of Green Bay, Wis.;
granddaughters: Chloe Baumler of Menominee, and Kinzzy McFadden of Sturgeon Bay;
grandsons: Darian Micolochek of Menominee and Brandon McFadden of Marinette, Wis.;
two great-grandchildren: Noah McFadden and Bentley Krueger, both of Sturgeon Bay;
brothers: Randy (Amy) Baumler of Marinette and Thomas (Michaell) Baumler of Florida;
a sister, Jean (David) Frease of Marinette;
and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Jean Baumler; brothers: Jimmy, Scott and Butch Baumler.
