The death count in an accident south of Pekin on Fourteen Street Road reached three Friday with the deaths of William Allen Hill, 14, and Sharon Hill, 13, both of Hopedale.
John W. Bailey was killed instantly in the headon collision.
The funeral for the two children will be Monday at the Davis Mortuary in Tremont. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery at Pekin. They were the children of James and Kathryn Layer Hill.
Surviving are the parents; two brothers, Daniel and Charles, at home; a sister, Sheila, at home; and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Layer of Pekin.
Sharon was an eighth grade student at Hopedale Grade School and William was a freshman at Hopedale High School.
