Edgar C. Mueller, 67, of R.2, Kiel, a retired Town of Schleswig farmer, died unexpectedly at his home Sunday morning.
He was born on Sept. 4, 1896, in Town of Schleswig on the Mueller home farm, a son of the late Gottfried and Ann Mueller. He attended district school and on July 30, 1919, was married to Miss Anna Kenneke of Town of Meeme. The couple made their home on the Mueller homestead farm.
Following his wife's death in 1962, he remained on the farm with his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Mueller. He was a life-long member of Zion Lutheran Church at Louis Corners.In addition to his son, Kurt, he is survived by three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church. The Rev. Adalbert Schultz, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
