CRISFIELD — Mrs. Lucial Dize, 60, who had lived here for the past 21 years, died Thursday in the Greater Baltimore Medical Center after a long illness. She was a sales clerk for Grant's Department Store in Crisfield.
Born at Madison, Mo., she was a daughter of the late Edgar and Rosa Lee Heinzler Ballowe. Her husband, James H. Dize, died in 1961.
Mrs. Dize was a member of Immanuel Methodist Church, the Crisfield Woman's Civic Club and the Auxiliary to the Crisfield Elks Club.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Thomas DeGroodt, Mexico, Mo., and Mrs. George Anderson, Slater, Mo.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Bradshaw and Sons Funeral Home here. The Immanuel pastor, the Rev. Donald J. Hurst, will officiate. Interment will be in Mariner's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday night after 7.
