Olive M. Schwieterman, 91, RR2, Fort Recovery, died at 8:25 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13, at Community Care West, Portland, Indiana, of complications. She was born on May 5, 1901, in Chickasaw to Detrich and Mary (Ashman) Buehler, both deceased. In 1948, she married Constant Schwieterman, who died in 1982. Surviving are two step-daughters, Mrs. Andrew (Luella) Luthman, Celina, and Mrs. Robert *Evelyn) Geise, Coldwater; two step-sons, Harold Schwieterman, Portland, Indiana, and Edgar Schwieterman, Delphos; a sister-in-law, Betty Buehler, Chickasaw; 20 step grandchildren and 31 step great grandchildren. She is the last of her immediate family and was preceded in death by five brothers. Schwieterman was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and the Church's Altar-Rosary Sodality. Services were held on Saturday, April 17, at the church with the Rev. Raymond Seifert Officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Brockman and Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, handled the arrangements.
