Services Set For Lemhi Woman

Funeral services for Mrs. Frank Allphin, 65 year old resident of Lemhi, who died at an Idaho Falls hospital Friday morning, will be held Sunday afternoon at the McHan-Buck chapel, with the Rev. David Sward of the Lutheran church in Blackfoot officiating.

She had been a patient at the hospital for 86 days.

Mrs. Allphin, whose name was Alice Hilda, was born February 26, 1880, in Richland, Missouri. At the age of 12 she moved to St. Louis, where she remained for 14 years. Then moving to Coats, Kansas, and after spending a short time moved to Patt, Kansas, where she married Frank Allphin, May 30, 1906. Mr. Allphin being engaged in structural steel bridge work, they moved about through the middle west. In the spring of 1929 they moved to a ranch in Lemhi county where they have since lived.

Mrs. Allphin is also survived by one son, Floyd Allphin, now home on furlough from the armed forces; her four brothers, Charles G. Lundh, of Davenport, Iowa, George and Omar Lundh, of Richland, Missouri and Theodore, of Long Beach, Calif.

Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery.
