Services were conducted at 2:30 p. m. Sunday in the Trapp and Wilson Funeral Home for Albert Dixon, 84, retired farmer, who died at 3:10 p. m. Aug. 31 at his home on Front Street in Ripley. The Rev. Delbert Dawes pastor of the Springboro Church of Christ and former minister of the Ripley Church of Christ, officiated. Burial was in Maplewood Cemetery. Mr. Dixon had been In falling health for several years.
Death was attributed to complications of advanced age. Mr. Dixon was a native of Nicholas County, Ky. but had lived In Brown County since the early 1940's. For many years he owned and operated a farm south of Georgetown on U. S. 68. He retired five years ago. His parents were the late Jim and Laura Dixon
