Jesse Willoughby
VISTA - Jesse Willoughby, a master assembler for Wayne's Manufacturing in Pomona for 15 years, died Aug. 10 at a local hospital. He was 76.
Mr. Willoughby was born in Vanoss, Okla., and had lived in Vista for 11 years. He was a member of the Vista Second Ward of the Jesus Christ Church of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors include his wife, Beatrice; sons Duane Willoughby of Strathmore, Calif., and George Willoughby of Provo, Utah; daughter Cleta MacNeil of Vista; sisters Ruby Hayes of Vista, Ida Le Valley of Perkins, Okla., Wilma Johnson of Nicoma Park, Okla., Virginia Barnes of Mayesville, Okla., and Evelyn Reynolds of Lawton, Okla; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Allen Brothers Mortuary Chapel. Bishop Robert B. Green of the Vista Second Ward of the Church of Latter-day Saints will officiate. Interment will be in Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery.

Allen Brothers Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
