Mrs. Sarah Glover, an old and highly respected resident of this city, passed away at 6:30 last night of dropsy, from which she had suffered for about a month. Her condition did not become serious until Saturday night, and then it was too late to do anything, and her death resulted.

She was 78 years old January 30, and lived barely a week after her birthday anniversary.

Decedent was born in Pennsylvania, and her parents moved to Earlville Illinois when she was a child. She lived in that place until 12 years ago, when she came to this city to reside with her daughter, Mrs. Ida M. Cassidy of 1214 North Twenty-fourth street, with whom she had lived since.

Surviving are one son, H. A. Glover, of Earlville Illinois; two daughters: Mrs. Amy Imel of Bradshaw Illinois, who is dangerously ill; and Mrs. Cassidy. There is also one brother, Jacob Long of Independence Kansas; and four grandchildren: Mrs. Nina Bueter; Lewis and Clarence Cassidy; and Forrest Glover, of Earlville Illinois.

Decedent was a member of the Evangelical church, and the body will be shipped to Earlville for burial.
