John Stanley George, 76, East View, formerly of Louisville, died Wednesday at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. He was a native of Russell County, a retired employee of Fruehauf Trailers and a member of Stephensburg Masonic Lodge 212. Survivors: his wife, the former Margie Aaron of East View; two daughters, Janet Morgan of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Helen Lyons; two sisters, Nola Ballou of Columbia and Leona Sutfin of Daytona, Fla.; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday, Brown Funeral Home, Elizabethtown. Burial: Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation: after 1 p.m. Friday.
