Gregg Services Set Wednesday

Isaac Jim Gregg, 87, of New London passed away Monday at 4pm at the home of his son, Clyde Gregg in New London after a long illness. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2pm at the Bryan-Cothron Funeral Home Chapel with Minister of Church Of Christ C.L. Embrey officiating, burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
Gregg was born in Indiana and had been a resident of Rusk County for 35 years. He was a retired oil field worker and was a member of the Church Of Christ.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. A. J. McGuire of Gilmer, Mrs. Leo Jones of Dallas; two step-daughters, Mrs. Margie Cummings of Korea, Mrs. Ela Mae Minez of California; seven sons, T. T. Gregg of Kilgore, C. H. Gregg, L. W. Gregg both of New London, R. C. Gregg of Woodard, OK, D. D. Gregg of Elmo City, OK, I. J. Gregg of Texarkana, C. A. Gregg of Manford, OK; two step-sons, Frank Mapes of Emporia, Kansas, Arthur Collins of Norman, OK; 38 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.

He was the son of Abraham and Margaret (Thornburg) Gregg.
