Alberta Bell, 96, of Rankin, formerly of Vandergrift, died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006, in the Beverly Health Care, Monroeville. She was born May 15, 1910, in Vandergrift, the daughter of the late Arthur and Nora Stepp, and had lived in Vandergrift prior to moving to Rankin.
She and her late husband, George Bell, had owned an operated a hotel and tavern prior to their retirement.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family with interment in the Vandergrift Cemetery.
