Born in Frankenmuth Michigan. Married Agatha Henrietta Hamann on March 4 1912 at the First Lutheran Church in Omaha Nebraska. Son of Jacob and Elizabeth Getzinger Heine. Founded Guarantee Laundry at 16th and Hickory Street. Also helped found the Lutheran Old People's Home at 1240 S 10th Street and provided the Heine Memorial Chapel at the home. He bought the property of the Old Presbyterian Hospital turning it over to the trustees, and served on the board of the Lutheran Orphanage in Fremont.
