Mrs. Anna Jean Fails was born June 8, 1931, in Comanche County. She was a member of University Baptist Church and a past Lions Club president and was active in the Society to Prevent Blindness.
She was predeceased by her husband, James C. Fails, on June 1, 1997.
Survivors: Daughters and sons-in- law, Debbie and Richard Nacewski of North Richland Hills, Sandy Fails-Garren and Michael Garren of Fort Worth and Sherrie and Roger Erwin of Pittsburgh, Pa.; brother, Wayne Atchison of Gorman; and grandchildren, Clay Nacewski and Kathy Nacewski of North Richland Hills, Chris Garren of Fort Worth and Becky Erwin, Michelle Erwin and Rick Erwin, all of Pittsburgh.
