Mr. Charles Dose, 77, of 2401-13th St., Two Rivers, died Monday morning, Oct. 22, at her home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. Edward Stelter will officiate and burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens, Town of Kossuth.
Mrs. Dose was born Nov. 2, 1901, in Two Rivers, daughter of the late George and Mary Thuss Gessel. She was reared and educated in Two Rivers attending St. John Parochial School and Two Rivers High School. She was married to Charles Dose June 26, 1924 in Two Rivers. Mrs. Dose was a member of Ladies Society of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Quilters.
Survivors include her husband, two daughters and sons-in-law, Lucille and Stuart McCutcheon of Whitelaw, Mildred and Bert Gottlieb of Shrewsbury, N.J.; three brothers Adolph of Manitowoc, Edgar of Antigo, Clarence of Two Rivers, a sister Mrs. Oliver Mader of Antigo, four grandchildren and a great grandchild.
Friends may call at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Memorials may be made to St. John Evangelical Church.

The marriage of Miss Esther Gesell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Gesell, 1922 Adams St., and Charles Dose, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Dose, also of this city, took place in St. John's Lutheran Church at 2:30 Thursday afternoon last week.
Rev. Haase officiated the attending couple was Miss Leona Gesell, sister of the bride and Jose Dose, brother of the groom.
After the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's parents, with covers laid for fifty guests.
The pair will be at home to their friends shortly at 1723 Twentieth Street.
The groom is employed in the rolling mill of Aluminum Goods Plant No. 4. The bride was formerly employed as switchboard operator at the office of the plant.
