Nampa Rites for Former Resident
Mrs. Minnie Alice Moreland, 57, a resident here until three years ago, died Tuesday night at the family home in Nampa after a long illness, according to word received here.
She was born in Jewell county, Kans., April 16, 1881, and married R. E. Moreland at Nelson, Neb., Dec. 30, 1903. They came west in 1915, locating near here. Mrs. Moreland was a member of the Christian church and the Rebekah lodge.
Surviving are her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Amy Jean Goodrich of Hailey:, seven brothers, Vincent A. Roe of Oberlin, Kan.; J. C. Roe of Great Falls, Mont.; Charles W. and James Roe of Weber, Kan.; Lee Roe of Superior, Neb.; Elmer L. Roe of Muskato, Kan., and Abbie I. Roe of Burr Iak, Kan., and one sister, Mrs. Lena Hower of Superior, Neb.
The body is at Robinson's funeral home in Nampa, and services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p. m. from the Methodist church there.
Rev. Charles M. Donaldson will officiate, and the Rebekahs will have charge of graveside services in Cloverdale Memorial park.
