Brian Keith Pinkston, 60, of Gillespie, IL, died at his residence on Saturday, September 16, 2017. He was born September 13, 1957, in Hillsboro, IL to Byron Gene Pinkston & Alice (Raynor) Pinkston. He married Jeanette (Motto) Pinkston on July 3, 2003 in Carlinville, IL. He was retired after having been a Certified Prosthetist for Shriners Hospitals for Children in St. Louis, MO from October 29, 1979 to July 21, 2011. Brian was a lifetime member of the NRA, member of the Ainad Shriners and Masonic Lodge of Gillespie. He is survived by his parents, Gene & Alice Pinkston of Gillespie, IL, spouse, Jeanette Pinkston of Gillespie, IL, children, Elisha Pinkston of Springfield, MO, Jessica Koniak (Joshua) of Gillespie, IL, Adam Pinkston (Katie) of Gillespie, IL, Jody (Aiello) Carriker (John) of Tovey, IL, ReJeana (Finch) Hager (Christopher) of Springfield, IL, grandchildren, Remington, ReJeana, Aiden, Alyssa, Gunner, Elias, Everett, & brother, Darrell Dean Pinkston. Brian was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Angelique Gokey, a brother Steve Craig Pinkston and a sister Jean Marie Pinkston. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the Masonic Lodge in Gillespie from 11 am - 1pm. Services will be at 1pm on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the Masonic Lodge in Gillespie.
