Shelton, Elaine L. (Skip) Seidel-Scott, Jeffrey L. (Tiffany) Blattner. Grandfather of Candace M. (Dustin)Tallism, Jaclyn C. "Jacy" (Marco) Matamoros, Bradley S. Seidel, James M. Seidel, Thomas B. Seidel, Hunter D. Blattner, Dayne M. Blattner. Brother of the late Bill E. Blattner and Albert W. Blattner Jr.; brother-in-law of Laverne H. Blattner (nee Blum) and great grandfather. Jack was one of three sons born to Ruth G. Blattner (nee Lightner) and Albert W. Blattner in St. Louis, MO on February 16, 1928. Jack served as a Private in the U.S. Army during 1946 and 1947 in the Battery C 70th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Gun Battalion. He was employed with Wagner Electric 30 plus years. Jack and Lucille were married in May of 1951. Jack was an avid bowler and baseball player. He enjoyed playing cards, pitching horseshoes, fishing and hunting. He was a member of Faith U.C.C. in Wentzville for 40 years.
